Definitely the Gunsai roads. They're awesome, a couple of videos.
I would also like to point out that I'm not suggesting this just for drifting, I think blazing this in UFR and XFR would be quite fun! Even though it could double for drifting, just like any other track.

Piddys Eastern Creek Laser scanned track that was released lately for rFactor would be amazing in LFS. Other than that I'd like to see either Spa or Laguna Seca.

A track that I would like to see that is similiar to one in real life, that is not Nordschleife, would have to be either Spa, Suzuka or Laguna Seca. One of those. Unless in the future we would be able to drive on point to point style roads, if we could then I would love to drive on the Col de Turini in LFS

Bathurst or Fuji Speedway

Silverstone, Estoril, Suzuka, Paul Ricard, Bathurst, Sears Point, Zandvoort, Charade, Imola, Watkins Glen....? Well too difficult for me to make a choise !
