Theme: 24 hours of Fern Bay



The most important of your pic is the racing competition and resistance racing.






Rules:

Attention: No renders allowed!!

You can only use your own work, and you can't use old pics or work done before this event has started.

You must upload one single picture, manage Attachments and you can use Imageshack or any other site. Write Final entry, please.

You are allowed to edit your post for picture changes.

Please use only the following cars: GTR car class. Loaded Skins is better.

Please use only the following Tracks: Fern Bay (except Rallycross).

Uploads must be all done between Monday 14 to friday 18 of July at 23:59.

Feel free to use filters, effects, pic rotation, etc, etc.

Preview pic: Manage atachments and Previews should not be larger than 400 pixels along the longest side, vertical or horizontal.



Patch Z is recommended. Allowed Pacth Y30.

Shooting star? my advice would be to take it out if it is... looks nothing like one. IMO

Can we sort out the voting system for this one, if you want a proper vote you need to make sure all the pictures are displayed in exactly the same way, and you need to remove the names and just have Picture A, Picture B..etc

Also don't allow people to post higher res versions until the voting is over.

So basically it would be like this...

...instead of the current one, where you have peoples names, and the way the pictures are displayed vary from links to embedded pictures.

My entry is coming soon by the way, like a lot of you I am going for a night race.

the pictures can only be displayed if the people follow the instruction and post a preview, some don't, its their decision and their lost. I don't think Lynce has the responsiblity to make the previews for those who don't do it themselves.

voters should see the high res pic as well. because 1.the devil is in the details and 2.we are not voting for the best thumbnail.

Okay fair enough with the high resolution images being displayed, I have not read the first page of rules clearly enough because I thought we were producing 400px images, not just using the 400px images as previews :doh:

But I posted my preview last time and it was displayed as a link, not sure why that is, my concern is that people might not bother clicking all the links if they see a great preview first. Or they might just miss one of the links.

I guess Lynce took didn't took yours as a preview (since it's the only submission).

So it would be best if they were posted like:

Here is my entry, included the preview, high res, and original image. I attempted a realistic but also stylish interior shot taken at night, so it is quite dark, but don't worry, all the detail is in the parts that are light anyway.

EDIT: Did another one (this is pretty fun) Focused more on evening as i thought too many are doing night time shots, which one should i use as final entry?

Thanks, what i wanted to hear tbh, i used gimp with the second one and thought loads of neat stuff to do so i was a bit like a kid in a sweet shop Ill have another go though.

EDIT: Did this one but im out of ideas and talent, how do i make a realistic night shot? and lights?

Few things i wasn't happy with but i used PS so it was better i think, just couldn't get rid of the rings around the lights. (glare was the only way i know how to get light)

I assume its a shooting star, but considering the lack of other stars then I rekon it must be Halley's Comet.
