Would it be possible to make the lap timer with a one thousend of a second?

It has happend often that the same times appear in qualyfing and during a race. Its more exact when we have .001 instead of .01 timing.

Still a thing not to forget

1. I would like the addition of a ghost car to race against. I like the split timing help but a ghost running ahead (or behind) of my best time of that car and on that track would be super.
2. I would also like a more permanent record of my best times on the tracks, say my best ten on each track would be nice.
3. Slightly off the topic.
I live in Dorset England and often travel to London. (118 miles)
I would like a program of the route I take from my home to my destination in London and be able to pick the car of my fleet of 18 and drive, hell for leather, with other cars on the road, with virtual damage, solid hits if I thump something and see what my time would be. Maybe even race the route. Just for one route, pre-determined.
Now that to me would be a real challenge.
Normal journey time 2 hours 40 minutes.
With a Formula XR.........???
