Hi, when trying to raise a new report online in the CTRA website, the drop down which shows the races has no races at all from server 1 to choose from! It was like this yesterday except I could select only 3, but none were what I wanted.

If I want to submit a report, should I just put the date/time or link to a replay in the report details section?

I just got off it. Bad news, I'm afraid. Somehow (and I have no idea how, actually) the line in the Race1 configuration file, which specifies MPR auto save, had been removed. Since nobody's made any changes to that file, I'm completely baffled. For the last couple of days, no Race1 replays have been recorded.

If you wish to raise a report for Race 1 over the last couple of days, and the race is not available on the server but you have a copy of the replay yourself, please submit a report in the short-term by email to [email protected]

I will need the following details:

1. Lap number (or multiple laps
   
2. Person you are reporting
   
3. The reason that you are reporting them
   
4. The relevent replay attached
   

Unfortunately there is nothing that I can do to retrieve lost replays on the server, if they are not recorded in the first place (as is the case here) but if a report is necessary I'm sure we'll be able to get the replay from somewhere.

Sorry for the hassle.. it's very unfortunate, but there's nothing we can do.
