I signed up a couple of weeks ago but haven't received anything since. I even filled out the form again in case I mistyped the email address. Can you make it send out an automated email after signup so one can verify that the application got through and the email address is correct?

There is no average time. The admins will get to you when they have time. Seems like everybody is busy and right now there isn't anything going on. Dont worry, they will get to you.
