If it was you, why not ask it (via PM, this thread or any other reason) other than trying to provoke something.
IMO there is a huge difference between a racer who wants to expand his career and is probing for possible interest of other teams and teams who actively and directly are trying to take away racers from a team without caring for the racer in person.

We at the team did not know what was going on until he actualy sent the request and showed it to us at irc channel. And as we didnt know what was going on, and if anything we were rather worried that he would infact leave us and become a star team driver. Now i can say that we also had interest in Kaw to join us since he is good, fast and very ok guy. Its not like we have a team full of "alien" drivers, and when we found out that we are left without yet another good one, i guess thats why he did what he did.
So it is a bit harsh to say that youwe lost all the respect for us? It is your choice i dont have a problem with it. It is something he did on himself, it was not a team decission. If it would be disscussed we would suggest him to not do it. But what's dont is done. Im not apologizing for anything, its just that we consider ourselves a fair and friendly team and it pissed me off to read here about we be spammin the sh1t, bcz we dont. And the disscrediting of our team.
But in general we do not understand why majority of good guys join like top 6 teams all the time and get lost in the driver lineup, and thats what's bothering us. And while our team is looking for some (2-3) guys to be able to put a team together for Moe or such to be competitive at higher midfield, and when we constantly see fast guys joining those 6 teams, yes it pisses us off lol. But we cant do anything. I guess its a cock-o-meter thing.
And you certenly do not see us moaning and spamming the forum all the time. If anything we only wish the very best of luck with the guys new team, and thats all.

Well, I will say that from the past, I've never had any issues with you guys and I consider the team, on a whole, to be well mannered and well organized. For this I'll change my comment too, "If I had posted this I would have released the driver's name, since I lost about 95% of the respect I once had for him."

I just want you to know that I'm very offended by xenoa comments and I hope your guys (as a team) have a serious talk with him about his respect for others.

Well as for me i left it behind me weeks ago, when this started and when i saw whats it about and that it was not meant to be serious in any point of view from our part. All this here has achieved is this nice thread get littered with strange things that should be debated privately among the ppl involved instead of releasing it here for the public at the first place. You might want to disscuss this within your lines as well, but thats just a thought. It is your thread and you can do here whatever you want. Just dont think that every thing is some great plot against anybody, bcz it only hurts ones general health and karma And i will still consider you fast and fair on track.

Seriously I find this kind of funy ... thinking of hen turning to tiny little feather. He did what he did without any other reason he have gave to you, no more then that. He even complemented you to pass the test (the same rule as we ourselves have ... NO stealing from other teams). He have never acused you to steal any driver. If you guys are upset of this I dunno what to say really. To bring this up to public in the forum isn't the action we would do in the same situation.

Nothing to see here....too much has been made of this already anyhow. I never intended to say who "tested" us, because it doesn't matter that much. I simply wanted to indicate that I wasn't happy about the suggestion that we would do something like that because we've all worked hard to build our team to what it has become. IMO is was a very silly move on your part to make that post, you know people would be curious and eventually the person would either own up or be found out, you should indicate to your members about this and team [XFR] only, i and probably all the community know that core is a well respected, fair, fast team and you don't have to back yourselves up. Just thought it shouldn't have been mentioned at all, but thats my personal poinion and no personal attack at anyone...
We handle all driver applications in the most professional way possible. Without investigating each and every application to the fullest, it is unfair to any and all the drivers that apply.
Ok, it has come down to our team beeing disscredited to a very low respect, and i would just like to ask you all kindly to let this subject behind you. Although we do not care that much what other people think about us, it is not so very nice to see somebody post things about us that are not accurate or somebody posting things about us that do not know who we are. To all those spammers of this forum all i have to say is suck my balls and clean your own sh1t next time b4 you go attack us and just leave us alone.
I dont see any disrespect towards your team anywhere in this thread. I dont see how ones opinion about an entire team can be changed by the actions of ONE of its members. I know you guys, as well as CoRe, are fast and friendly and my opinion hasnt changed (for whatever thats worth).

Pearcy, stay out of this. As I recall, there was not mention of anyone's name or specific stats to begin with.
We give each application it's due attention. When someone applies, I check out LFS Stats, LFS Forum posts, team affiliations, etc. etc.
This thing came up when I got an email stating that we were being tested to see if we would attempt to get a driver from another team, which we don't do by policy. My post was meant to explain this. Pearcy, your inference about Xenoa's stats have nothing to do with the issue I had with the application that started all of this. All your post could possibly do is stir up ill feelings between people, which I don't have for XFR. So please, don't add something to this that doesn't belong.
Again, PwrSlave, I'm sorry. Xenoa explained his intent and actions in private to us and it's been resolved. Nothing more to make of this.
Wow....just wow....never again will I stir the pot. Just ridiculous how some have taken what I intended to be an explanation of our recruiting poilcy and have turned it into a personal attack fest against someone/team.

Today CoRe Racing is very pleased to announce that Arni Arnason has joined the team. Arni is from Akureyri, Iceland, and comes to us from Cyber Racing (and before that, Fusion Racing). He is a very quick driver, very mature (we won't say how old!), and he's yet another road car specialist for our arsenal. CoRe looks to him to strengthen our international presence, both in premier leagues like MoE and IGTC, and in venues yet to come. He will use the name CoRe.Arni, and will use red-accented CoRe skins and #7.
