is this a good deal. also is the shifter an H shifter where you move from first seccont and so on or is it move up a gear and down. and last its usb so i can use it on my pc right?

It's a sequential shifter (up and down), it's USB so you can use it on the PC (I do). As for the price, I wouldn't know

It's a decent wheel. 900 degrees rotation, force feedback etc.
