WRs have even been made with the mouse, the hardware has rather little to do with whether you can do WRs or not. It's all up to you, and to be honest, I don't think you're anywhere near WR territory.

Effort and time enable you to maybe hold a WR at some point, they don't guarantee it though. Some people can get WRs on combos they barely drive without much effort, others can get one after trying really hard for really long and yet others can never get one, no matter how much they try.

Of course you can dream, but you were probably in a dreamlike state of mind for long enough now, a bit of reality wouldn't be too bad of an idea.

It depends on how much practice you have.

Normally, wheel should be faster with the same amount of practice.
