That realy big penalty was 3000 points people it was my fault and have to accept this result. said sorry to the guy that reported me. i think its oke now.

Added update: You can now also call up the CTRA PB of any other driver.

Eg:

$pb - your PB
$pb samh - my PB

I'm not adding the server-wide PB reporting. Nearly fell into the trap of could do/should do, so I did this instead.

also nice addition! how long does it take to create something like this? ours/days?

Great ideea but I also suggest you allow the driver to turn it on/off because maybe some don't like their PBs.

Love the racing in ctra (so much so that im considering emigrating to be closer to the server to get rid of the lag :-) )

Is it possible to find the PB (maybe i should clarify... not your own but maybe the fastest lap in a completed race for that week/day) on a combo for a specific day/week? I find the competition varies by quite a margin at different times during the day. One minute you're winning and thinking you the best thing since sliced bread, then later, you improve but find you're running just in the top 10 because you're now racing against decent drivers.

Comparing to WR is just heartbreaking cause i aint no alien, and dont think i ever will be. just a thought. It could be like a ctra lap record for that day/week (week probably better) just as some sort of yard stick for a relative newbie like myself.

(i know nothing about the coding/time/space etc of doing this though... so i do understand if this is unreasonable)

I imagine that not all fastest laps for a particular day are stored, just those which are individual PBs, or track records.

I have a suggestion though

On MyCTRA Page where it shows your PBs, would it be possible to have gap to track record as an additional column ?
I think we could lose the time the lap was set and just have date is space is an issue.

But track record in a completed CTRA race? at least then it gets rid of the hotlapping records (i assume some WR's are set in races but im sure the majority of them are in hotlap mode)

I mean CTRA lap records, which are set in races.

LFS World World Records are always done in hotlap mode, and are checked for validity with HLVC.

Yes to set a CTRA lap record you must be on the grid at the start of the race and you must register a finishing position.

As of what date are lap times shown on MyCtra page? Just that I noticed a time that I know for sure is slower than my CTRA PB since patch z.

So that would be around 7pm on 22nd July. About 6 days ago Also, PBs aren't recorded as PBs if you don't finish the race you set them in.
