An Insim? Scawen made Insim, and it's part of LFS. You don't need another one.

Check out the credits page of CTRA. Dozens of people put thousands of hours and hundreds of €s into developing the X-system. Someone will not make something like that for free, it's just not worth it

the cruise insim wasn't for me was testing it for someone sorry for the mess up, but i need a insim with points for winning races and so on could any 1 make it for me.

IS_MTC is a type of InSim packet, used to send a message to a specific connection or player. You can only use it in multiplayer.
but i am using it on mulitplayer and still comes up
are u sending it to the IP 127.0.0.1? cause that might cause it to say that i think you have to change it to the IP that the server is using for it to work unless u are using the "Start a new game" in lfs

This is extremely vague, and as far as I'm concerned a pointless request. You need to have a proper specification of what you want, and how you want it to work. A single paragraph is not enough, let alone a sentence. You really need to think about what you want and how you want it to work, down to the smallest detail. What command do you want people to use? Do you want a button interface? What is the goal of the modification? etc. etc. These aren't in any specific order.
You also need to be aware of just how much work you're asking someone to do, for someone who clearly doesn't know what they want - a detailed spec would indicate otherwise. Based on that fact do you really think you're going to get what you're asked for? Off the top of my head I can't think of anyone who posts in this part of the forum would help you based on your posts so far.

hi, dont need someone to make me anything anymore but i have 1 more problem i have lfslapper 5.14 and i have 500 servers hosting me a server i need that lfslapper onto my server and keep it up for 24hours if its possible i could give someone my password and they could sort it for me plz i think i messed about with it too much and its in a bit of a mess.

i have many times i really suck at insim. All i need is for someone to put LFSLapper on my tcadmin thing and make it work would there be anychance for someone to do so?
