While viewing an SPR and pressing ESC, Options, View, Ext or EXT 2, you are unable to rotate the camara. The angle changes but the Camara doesn't move.

All the other movements ( tilt, backwards, side to side ) all work, just rotation.

See if you have the option "Turn head with controller" on (dont know the exact option but is something like thet)

Hmm, not sure we are talking about the same thing here. When watching SPR's ( to make movie's ) I use various camara angles. One of them, is to do goto the options menu, view, then click External. There is various Angles there, tilt, forward, backwards, side to side, and there is Rotation. The Degree's changes, but the camara doesn't rotate.

This is not for driving.

You mean the external CUSTOM camera?. If the option I told you is ON, then you CANT rotate the camera in that view.
