What Is Up With The Case Of Text In Quotes?
It always seems to swap between different cases and I have no idea why - it only seems to have happened since the recent updates - any ideas?

EDIT - From Dustin via MSN...

"... Jakg... the cases swap in quotes only when the message after the quote gets auto-cased (WTF becomes Wtf, then breaks the quotes, +1 also deems as being "all caps")."

Oh. Can't seem to make it work now.

I'm sure I can't be the only one who's noticed this!

I noticed it also, when Mackie the Staggie quoted me yesterday.
Every word had a capital, much like MS Word 'Title Case'.

@McintyreJ - That is the 'anti-shouting' measures in effect.

+1 when I read the first post.

Isn't it kind of wrong that Jack gets to spam these kind of posts which no-one understands, while someone like lerts writes complete sence and is therefore close to get banned?

I made 2 "test" posts (which contained a bunch of crap, i'll admit) - once I realised that they didn't cause it I deleted them
I don't look on this as a spam topic, rather a question.
Jakc asking a question, on a thing he find relevant. And it actually has a subjects, so nothing wrong here.
Problem is topic with abosolutely no point or meaning at all

This makes me think why people complain at somebuddy making useles threads and then make one themselves

There will allways be like that on forums.
People who don't find any reasons, or points of a topic will point at it and say it's a useless topic. I think people often forget that the topic means something, has a subject for the one creating it.
But if there is a short message, like "hey I like cake" , and that's it, it's not much you can dicsuss about. A topic without possibilities to throw up opinions or discuss with other people is a wasted topic.
But that's not completely true too, sometimes if you got something on your heart it can be allright to create a topic aswell, but you allways has to give a good reason for making a topic. And I think that is the main problem, backing up a reason valid enough for making a topic.
It says a lot about LFS forums most prollific postee that on the page listing the most recent threads he's started that most relate to forum functionality, with some idle gossip and computer nerd talk, and absolutely nothing at all to do with LFS :P

When you've read as many posts as I have, theres very very little about LFS you need to ask
Quote from The Very End :There ..... topic.

Note to self: Don't make sarcastic comments about someones unclear postings.

Ah, well, maybe I should have remembered this part of the rules

Quote from rules :
Also not everyone is equally fluent in the English language which is used on this forum. It can therefore happen that messages may be misunderstood, depending on how you read them.

Note to self ususally is a note to yourself. So it was this time also.

Although 'selfbeing' is such a subjective matter, in your point of view you are obviously me.

Get it now?
