Hi, The latest patch is version 0.5Z unless there is a specific reason to use patch X Its likely that people wanting to join are on patch Z. You should create a dedi server on version Z instead as there are alot more racers.

do you have the server set to demo mode? if not only users with S2 unlocked will be able to join your host. I would still recommend asking those who are still on X to upgrade to patch Z.

Also you may need to double check your firewall settings (make sure the ports are forwarded properly)
