Final entry.

You really ****ed up the rain on the tires. It looks really weird how the rain spins around the tire. No offense,just critism
Why do people always follow up offensive comments by saying "no offense". Here is a life tip, if you feel the need to say "no offense" at the end of a sentence, then it was offensive and if you didn't intend to cause offense you should of worded it differently.

I do agree though, the effect is not wrong, its just a little bit over the top and needs to be slightly toned down.
Quote from JJ72 :I have a laptop in 1280 x 768.

Damn, thats only 32 pixels away from fitting on my screen perfectly

Then i will leave it in the future.

I just tried to tell him that i dont just want to complain, all i want is give him criticism. imo criticism is useful to make your works look better.

This is an offensive comment: "Really you suck hard dude go and do better and then come back..."

Mine is no offensive comment and it shouldn't be understood like one.

Come on, you know how it is meant, dont act so pissed.

You're stupid. No offense...

[4 hours of work- forgot to duplicate the reflection layer before applying ripple, and only noticed that when it was already too late :< , comments&criticism highly appreciated]
best spray i have ever seen. the rain needs some optimizing, the mirroring might be a bit too strong but i like it

yeee why png?

I think the spray is a bit too thick and lack some logic in its orientation.
- Post Deleted, see further on in thread for my entry -

(well, kinda )
@bash0r
By optimizing do you meen that it needs more rain or some fiddling with the oppacity levels? I had one more layer with rain, but decided not to use it. Yeah, the mirroring is quite strong, but i had to do it that way as the reflection is lacking the undertray of the car , so undert the slpashes I blacked out the whole thing ( see attachment - it looked better without the ripple effect, but as I mentioned, forgot to save the original layer -.- ).
@JJ72
Why not? BMP would've been a lot bigger, and I didn't want to loose quality because of the JPG compression. About the spray - so far I haven't been able to make a more realistic water splash - It's quite difficult making it look like 3D whereas the image is just 2D ( adding depth to it is the problem, imho ).

Thanks for the comments!

@JO53PHS
That's quite nice :O ( the reflection of the wheels isn't spinning )

Due to a minor increase in my photoshop skill, my pic is not my final entry .

Whilst my Photoshop skill was increasing, I discovered that the UFR's windscreen wipers are too long to fit on the windscreen when in the vertical position
Final Entry (It'll have to be now, see below)

*Now with moving windscreen wipers*

I accidentally overwrote the original PSD with a low-res copy, so now I'm pretty much stuffed if I want to change anything .

try giving them some blur if you can.
The windscreen wipers?
#71 - JJ72
yup, they kinda stands out now because they are too clean.
I could try, but I might end up blurring the windows because of the fact I have no layers now, due to my.. um.. fail.
Beefyman, you do the honours. Close this thread.

Bare with me people, i've had a few to drink.

No more entries. Voting thread will be made shortly.
