You really should buy a copy of HALO and HALO 2 if you like 1st person shooter Jakg. They are excellent games of which I have been playing for the past 3 years. I played on PC though... HALO PC and HALO 2 VISTA

That's one thing I hate, FPS games on consoles. It takes a bloody age to turn round if someone/something is behind you.

Mouse and keyboard FTW.

I hate FPS games on console as a rule..but I make an exception for the Halo series, I played Halo 1 on PC long before I got an Xbox..and would give it the stamp of fail, till I played them the way they were ment to..much more fun on console.

Other FPS's like Quake 4 though..shudder.. PC FTW.

want really good advice? sell it and buy an ps3

Burnout 3 and The Warriors

Burnout sucks imo (wish I hadn't bought it).

Only just found out that PGR2 is on the Xbox, too - loved the original, gonna try and get a copy.

Just modded my console via a softmod - now running a custom dash, and it's hooked up to the network so I can just FTP in.

It = WIN.

Not bad for less than a tenner :P

Burnout...sucks? First time I've ever heard anyone say it sucks, honestly. Its one of the rare racing games even people who hate racing games will play, its definately not the sort of game you play while thinking about physics, thats not what its about.

PGR2 was easily one of the very best on the Xbox, a big improvement on the original. IIRC it was one of the first live-enabled games as well. It was basically because PGR2 & Forza I first got interested in an Xbox. Which is ironic now it sits there just being a (bloody good) media centre.

Well, depends what kind of games you're into really. In terms of driving games, Project Gotham Racing 2, Rallisport Challenge 2 and Forza Motorsport are all very good. Fighting games, well, MK: Armageddon, Dead or Alive 3 or Street Fighter Anniversary Collection. Oh! I and almost forgot to put one of the best games ever! for it , definitely, get MotoGP 3 .

EDIT: If you liked SegaGT, you'll love SegaGT 2002 . Really great game.

I broke my ultra 1337 "true RGB" scart lead and now i'm back to the standard crappy one - it looks horrible
