I've been working for an automotive supplier for 13 years. For 13 years we have been sending the majority of our GM parts (US manufacturer) to Canada, Ford (US manufacturer) to Mexico, and Toyota, Nissan, BMW, Mercedes.... (Foreign manufacturers) to assembly lines in the US.

It's not because of the economy. The economy was quite good in the 90's.
