Hi,

i think it would be very comfortable, if you could select a player (view) by
simply clicking on his/her name in the position list, instead of using TAB key.

I miss this feature sometimes in replays or live action (while watching). I
guess it's also very easy to implement. How do you think about this?

In player list (two times pressing N) u can switch cam 2 sumone clicking to his controller (W/Kn/Ks/etc).

Ok, you're right! Just tried it. But it still could be implemented for the
position list as well. Because if i watch a replay and e. g. want to switch
between 1st and 2nd, i just would have to click on the 1st or 2nd name
in the position list. In the player list i would have to "search" always for
the name and normally i also don't have/use the player list while watching
replays. Ok, it's really a very unimportant "feature", but i miss it sometimes.
Maybe i'm not the only one.

Yes, but how would you be able to type to cretain person in the list then?

I did not say, that the player list should be removed. I just suggested,
that player view selection should also(!) be available by the position list.

He is talking about the position list, list of racers starting from position 1 through final position seen when you hide the connection list....

Personally, I think it is much easier once you find position 1, to use tab/shift-tab to toggle between 1st and 2nd position. But I'm a keyboard shortcut key user, as in, I Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V to copy and paste over right clicking and using mouse.

The player viewed is highlighted in the position list. How slow with tapping the TAB key do you need to be for it to be quicker to mouse over and click the name rather than tapping the TAB key until position 1 is highlighted?
