hehe zeeall already complained about that back then when they were made
the answer is simple tho: i didn't have any other radio sounds at hand at the time, and as the first two CARL movies were made in single allnighter sessions (as the final OMG TIRED NOW SLEEP :P screens imply) i did not have the time to look for proper samples and/or simply couldn't be bothered


as i didn't know what was said in those clips it only hit me when swedish people pointed it out.. btw the samples were taken from the GETAWAY IN STOCKHOLM movies, iirc the intro for the seconds movie most probably referring to the black supra and the red escort (which were both insane cars, still love the ford's sound today )

Doesn't matter how old the thread is, good bump for those who haven't seen these movies. The whole Teh Carl series are probably my favorite of all LFS movies out there. The new guys who are unfortunate enough not to be around when they came out really need to see them. Great comedy.
