that has to do with your grapghics card, i get those but faded in around the circut too.

lol i ve a brand new pc and have that also + it was postet while the y test patches already =)

There's only a couple of things cause artifacting like that.

It's either incorrect gfx card drivers or an overheating gfx card. And just because your computer is new doesn't mean it can't overheat
