Why would you pass out? Skydivers jump from from over 4000m and they don't pass out.

Hmmm, I'm not sure most people would pass out due to fear. Some might, but I'd question if it was the majority.
Bouncing off walls is unlikely - although the case of this particular building landing on one of the other 'peaks' would be pretty bad
I think I remember where that passing out thing is coming from. From the 9/11 media frenzy. I had heard too that most of the people that fell to their death had probably passed out when they hit the ground due to the shock. Now believing it is a different story!
