Repair car damages?

First press F12 to get the pit menu on your screen. Make sure that "Repair Damage" is set to yes (you can scroll through the menu with the arrow keys I think). Then just make a pitstop by driving in the pitlane (watch your speed!) and stopping in one of the rectangles drawn in front of the pitboxes.

Also, an engine damaged by over revving cannot be repaire din the pits

if you are on a server that can reset - you just press the reset button and you get a fresh car when it is safe to do so.... think its spacebar isn't it?

yes it can, i have done it (well, offline anyway, may be different online, havent tried.)

i was reading a post somewhere by one of the devs who said that engine damage is repaired in 0 seconds during pit stops.
