Problems with Logitech Driving Force wheel
Hi all,
I have a problem with my new Logitech Driving Force wheel.
If i steer the car in lfs, doesn't react or only slow. My pedals work fine and the LED is on, too.
I can calibrate in lfs, windows or the logitech profiler,
but then it isn't better.
I don't know what to do.

HELP!!!

Sorry, for my english and thanks for reading my post.
Please describe the problem a bit more detailed, because I don't think anybody here understands what exactly your problem is

Okok, I'll try.

The problem is the steering wheel:
- Sometimes it doesn't react or just really slow

Most of the time it works ok but if this comes what I descriped above, I don't have any chance to race with it.

Sounds crazy, but it's the truth.
You mean you steer but it lags behind? Try increasing the minimum sleep in the LFS options.

Exactly.

Doesn't help. I think my computer is fast enough, it has to be the wheel or the software.

Sometimes my dfp can start to lag a bit, an alt-tab out and back in again usually gets rid of the lag, or it goes away by itself.

Try setting your logitech software at higher priority, or lfs at below normal.
Also try to (re?)install the newest Logitech profiler software and make sure no other input devices (besides keyboard&mouse) are plugged in. Maybe turning the "analogue steer smooth" down in LFS helps too.

Thanks for your (very fast) help!!!

Reinstalling of the LogitechProfiler made everything fine
