When i Start LFS it says cannot open /veh/XF.vob so can you pleaase tell what is problem??

Seems someone has tried to edit the cars by themself
Isn't .vob files the body files for the car?

Just might have been deleted or damaged or something else.

Would be easiest to either install LFS again or just get that file and copy it over.

So i copy that file and try to putt there again? Or can u be so nice and maybe Zip or Rar that file and send to me? can i do it that way?

Reinstall LFS Get the file from your copy, might be running a different version to me.
