IIRC he's Eastern, so that will be GMT-5 when the cups on
Dan, I'm guessing you are planning to run the races on the original tracks without any special layouts... Any chance to make you reconsider?

For example, on aston and kyoto there is _a lot_ of room to create one or few different corners without making the track too tight or different.

Below are few examples of what kind of corners it is possible to do:

There is also a lot of space on KY2 to create new corners and chicanes on the oval part.
It's definately something I'll consider.

I am crap at making layouts, got any inmind that would be workable?
I'll have a fiddle and see what I think.

Last thing I want to do is move away from the simple nature of the racing, but on the flip side, everyone must be getting sick to death of the same old curcuits and layouts may inject a bit of freshness into them.
I can see it now...

Well, the FZ50 is an aerodynamically very slick car, so it'd be very much stuited as an airborne object.
However, I think that the aim of tarmac racing is to achieve the quickest laptimes while staying in close proximity of the tarmac. The Red Bull Air Race is being held with other vehicles, I believe.

Jokes aside - if you can make sure that no cars in the field are going to get airborne, not even lap 1 when the field is very compressed, and that the obstacles are not removed by the first 3 cars in the train (or put onto the racing line) layouts should be considered as a valid option to add variety.
On the other hand I don't think such a layout exists.

Vain
Indeed Vain, I certainly won't have them if they are going to cause issues.
Maybe a little test race of some sort before the event starts...maybe a week or so before?
Yeah, I'll try and sort out a couple of test events.
