I just did a fresh install of game,went to go and unlock demo and says Im all outta credits for this month?

All out of credits? You mean you are out of unlocks for the game?

How many times did you unlock the game this month? You get 3 unlocks starting out, and if you use them all, you get 2 added the next month. But if you've used them all up because you are doing hardware changes or whatnot, you can get some extra unlocks in these situations. Contact the devs via their webpage and explain. Or Victor will see this thread as usual, and fix it right up
