The easiest way will be just setting the pedals of Sidewinder to separete mode, and then just set it in the options.

If that isn't possible, use DXTweak2 to adjust the MS pedal's axis in the way, so only the travel of right pedal is read, and then just set it in the options.

One of the ways should work definetly
