It involves hex editing the car's file to place the indicators on the roof. But you won't find any more help than that, it's illegal to discuss it

Actually, my MRT in-game is missing the sides of the cockpit. I was sent the changed one, and forgot to change it back But discussing it here is sort of frowned upon (and will probably result in a lock anyway), and posting the edited files will get you banned...
