Half throttle mouse
I now use a wheel, but maybe some kind of button press could be added to half throttle. LIke the slow or fast steer on kb. So says click left mouse button to accelertate full but if press say "h" and left mouse button only half throttle.
I know this would take away from the sim side, but would make it easier for mouse drivers to drive the faster gtr cars i think.
This might have been suggested before but a forum search, i couldnt find anything
And pad/keyboard drivers.
Alternatively, a configurable increase/decrease rate. Then you can let the throttle go from 0.0 to 1.0 gradually, in e.g. 1 second. That would make the car less nervous when you push/relase the button. (And same for the brakes, of course.)

Come on...

I thin thata with mouse drive only somebody who dont have money to buy wheel. That mean only temporary.

Wheel should be imperativ.

Why should it be imperative? Some people just can't afford a wheel, or maybe just don't want it, because they only play one car-sim. That really shouldn't lock out a good amount of people wanting to play this game.

I approve of this suggestion, it's really boring to not being able to play a (powerful/turbo) car with a mouse without spinning out or loosing a good amount of time because you can't accelerate.
I'll even add to it, we could choose between the manual clutch or this. But not use both. It could potentially be a good trade-off for getting this.

* Oh, I'm just here, reviving a long ago dead thread.
** Or alternatively a button on keyboard that gives half throttle, while mouse1 (In my case at least) gives full throttle. Shouldn't be that hard implementing.
