In heaven S3 gets released 10 years earlier

Duh...
What's with all the sex? Without a body, it's not really an option, because you'd have no genitalia... or a sex drive for that matter.

But then it just spawned the idea of going to the church and ask if souls do have dicks or pussies.
According to dimensional theory we are already dead - that is to say, in some dimensions we're already done, and in other dimensions will live a lot longer than we will in this dimension. I seem to manage in our own dimensions just fine. Interestingly, in the concept of dimensions physics, we're probably pretty low lifeforms on account of only being able to observe a small fraction of the universe. If there is a 'god'-like being then he would consequently think no more of us than we do of atoms.

We tend to have a very linear concept about death, we seem to think that somehow our 'soul' gets re-used in other creatures, or we have an infinite existence of past and future and this life in the middle is just a stepping stone. Well frankly how that can be justified in any rational context is just obsurd, what other animals get this eternal existence? And what purpose would an eternal existence serve to us?

Eternity is part of the carrot and stick concept of mind control. Nothing more. We are not eternal.

Yeah, when that happens you get a we bit stronger as well, and if you were to be the last one in the dimension than you become the one.

N.B. I know that it is a Stratham movie, I watched it because it had Jet Lee, I still loathe watching Stratham and now Hugh Jackman.

You have always been here
life after death ftw !!!
this thread made me thinking. how can be not-to-be? if everything stops, how do you feal? people say it is sorry for the died guy if he dyed young. but why is it bad? if he cant feal anything he cant rly regret about what he did to die. thats why i dont see anything wrong in smoking, if i die...i die but theres no time to feal bad about it. thats why i try to live on 100% every day
Fair enough but smoking decreases your life span and think off the family and friends you leave behind but I agree about living life to the max
If everything stops, you don't feel.
Young people dying miss out on the rest of their lives. It's not them that feels the regret, but the ones that remain alive.
If I die, I die. But my family and friends won't exactly have a good time because of it. It is those people you should think of.

yes i should think about them, and i do. but as i red from small rooms wall at the police stacion, Riskejä kannattaa ottaa. what is, take risks.
How did you enjoy the 16th century. Or the 18th? 19th? Was it bad for you? Not so bad was it? Well, that's most likely what the after-death is like.

It doesn't sound so bad when I put it like that. Yet I get panic attacks with quick breathing and heart-racing if I start to think about the 'gone forever' part. I should probably not even return to this topic.

Between Jane Austin films and Interview with a Vampire i've got a pretty good idea!

Unfortunately rationality is very scarcely seen in humans, otherwise religions and similar spiritual tomfoolery would've vanished ages ago.
Quote from AMB :My theory is we get put in a continuous never-ending dream

When you dream, you have a couple billion brain cells firing. When you're dead, you have none.

Living on after death gets a bit complicated, if you ask me. Will you miss the sensory pleasures (food, sex, music, breathing) now that you have no nerve endings? Will you be the person that you were just before you died (i.e. grumpy, bored and senile)? And will you see your sweetheart again, only to discover that she found the love of her life after you died?
Quote from Becky Rose :According to dimensional theory we are already dead - that is to say, in some dimensions we're already done, and in other dimensions will live a lot longer than we will in this dimension.

It's comforting to think that in the majority of dimensions we are never born at all.
