Quote from e2mustang :Hey guys! I have a problem which is very wierd! So my computer plays music/radiostation like when nothing is running,i try to close applications which i dont know what is it,but i cant solve the problem until i restart my comp.I just ran virusscan, found 14 in 640 gb,deleted them but still. Any1 had this problem or knows how to solve?(without win reinstall)
This thing is very annoying

Sounds to me like you have AIDS, go to the clinic.
I really don't know if this is because your infected by some kind of thing.

But here is a tool , that show you rootkit , if you got one, i sujest you FORMAT right away. It possible to remove only if you already got the knowlege too. http://www.gmer.net/index.php

Rootkit are very powerfull tool on a win32 computer, they hide thing from the windows API...

As example i told my rootKit to hide the word "Greenseed" you will no more see this text ABSOLUTE NOT ... Microsoft will soon gave a Service that cost much to be a member of they Anti RootKit Service... for me i think this should be free!

Rootkit are the most dangerous threat, since they can HIDE anything, PORT, PROCESS, HDD FREE SPACE, BANDWITH USAGE ...

Into another kind of idea! you maybe suffer from Interference , this is very possible and not rare thing with cheap Speaker system Amplifier.

That is a very bad thing to tell someone to do, I would try other things first. A virus would be the last thing I would think it is.

Have you considered moving your computer to another part of your house? It could be some other equipment in close range is causing this problem. It is also worth making sure your router is unplugged as phone lines often carry interference. Another thought is to unplug everything else in your home as you may be getting it from the mains. Try changing the power cable on your pc. Unplug your fans one at a time. Try different speakers. Pull the battery from your mobile phone. Check all the lightbulbs in your house are well fitted. Ask your neighbors if they are running any equipment, particularly radio equipment. I know when my neighbor uses her old kenwood chef it causes my speakers to crackle a little. When the spotty kid over the road starts his moped I get TVI. Don't always assume its your hardware. I would say its best to remove all other possible problems just to be sure. Another thought is, when did you last dust the inside of your computer case? There are thousands of reasons you could be suffering this problem, pinpointing the issue is going to be the hardest thing to do, even something as simple as an alarm keyfob can cause these problems. If you have crossed every idea you can think of... plug in another sound card, it could just be your intergrated sound card is turning its toes up. I reciently (about two days ago) installed a new sound card because I was getting strange noises from my speakers, the problem is now fixed!!!

As the problem is the sound of music, I actualy think you should investigate into what equipment is being used in your area and look at processes running in the background on your system. Could you have one of those annoying local bedroom DJ's? Or someone with a home studio? Pirate radio?

Well thats an interresting post, but i live here for almost a year now, everthing is at the same position.I dont have anything else turned on orund my computer.Just the usual stuff turned on in the house as a year ago.Well i havent cleaned my pc inside for a while now, only the fans. But this not some week noise, this is powerful music station,or better to discribe, when you have pop up ads like about the wii or xbox360.I noticed that now it comes and goes away in like 30 sec, before i just had to restart my system. I have made a screenshot of applications running in task manager while the music was on,see it below.
btw i use sound blaster live 24 bit for 2 years now with the same speaker setup,7.1 chanell creative P7800 or something idk.
