Woah, never knew scones were associated with being gay. CSU1, as your having trouble expressing your sexuality without others getting confused... I have a single friend I could fix you up with, single for a while but nothing wrong with my friend...

I've had an MX-5 for years, and had numerous people shout 'gay' at me. But why would I care what some random person I don't know thinks? Especially if they are the kind of person who would shout that as an insult.. I don't want to associate with people who use the word 'gay' as an insult or have anything against gay people. So if someone calls me gay to try and piss me off, then they've done my a favour... labeled themselves as someone I would not want to be friends with.

If someone genuinely thought I was gay, and straight up asked me, I would not be offended. I'd probably say 'depends who wants to know ' and make a joke out of it...

As for changing how you live just to make people you don't know happy... it frustrates and saddens me to see people doing that. Are you seriously saying these people you don't associate with are really more important to you than you are? Be true to yourself...
