Are there any wheels that let you use the 'flappy paddles' gear levers as accelerate and brake? as I'm unable to use foot peddles.

There was another thread on this. Maybe search? Madkatz has/had one I believe.

Thrustmaster RGT Pro seems to be the only decent wheel with analogue paddles atm
