If the LFS.net payment gateway doesn't support visa electron then PayPal does.

It's actually very easy. You need to go to your banks website (where you can pay bills and stuff) and enable online purchasing by ticking a box. Ofc it's not that easy if you don't have the account number and password Then you just login to lfs.net, click Buy A License, enter some details and you're done. Just note that you need to put the same details (name, address etc) that you have in your bank account

Atleast for me it was this easy. Could be different in your country. Ask Google
