I would appreciate it if someone could make me a skin for an Essex police Volvo V70. It can be for any car really, but preferably RB4 or FXO.
It would be good if you could add a volvo grill and lights to the front and badges on the back!

I have tried many times and i can't,, i dont have photoshop, i use GIMP and it can be difficult to work with.
