I downloaded directX SDK 2007 november and now i can even preview dds files. So you can edit the dds file in photoshop. Im sry but i don't know the links try to find it.

Boooo. That DDS save tool sux, it cant even save to DXT3.
Better get a NVidia plugin for photoshop, it is best DDS saving tool in t3h w0rldz0r.
