Hey guys, i downloadet Combat Arms today but can´t play it

i installed created account etc.
now when i start the game and want to login this error appears (see attachment).

Is there someone with the same problem, and do you know how to repair it?

I hope some of you guys know this game (its a free multiplayer Shooter)

One of my old COD 4 Clan mates had that problem but I cant remember what he did to fix it.

That happens to mee. I hope this is no true...
