Why when i press brakes sometimes the car stops in pulses allowing me 2 turn. Does LFs have ABS?!?!

wrong title, and it supposed to be in begginers, so you should lower the N force in the brakes menu in the pit garage.

Wrong section, but it is because you have the brake help activated

Remove it in the options, and no more false ABS feeling !
