Ok so i have LFS S2 finally and i LOVE it. I cant get away from it. lol but i went to LFS database today and downloaded the pink smoke. I saved it to DDS file. Its a RAR file and i erased that part and put it to DDS and it still didnt work .....so i need help on what to do. And i would appreciate if people would not flame my thread thank you.

a .rar file is an archive, you need to extract it with winrar or similar, 7zip etc.. I use winrar.

Inside the .rar will be the smoke .dds, extract that to the dds file but I recommend backing up your original dds's.

just rename (to backup) tyresmoke.dds (w/e its called) and then open pinksmoke.rar in winrar/other and extract it to lfs/data/dds

Ok so i went and looked at 7zip to download the files to put them over to DDS and there was a bunch of options....these are it.

Get the .exe version for 32-bit Windows, pick one of the 2, it doesn't matter which one. Open the file you downloaded with 7zip, and extract the files inside it to your lfs/data/dds folder. It has to overwrite the files already in there, or else it won't show up in the game.

Ok i got it now....and i want to know how to download the complete packs, its under lfs-database-downloads-texture base-and cars. i need to know how to do that please and thank u u guys know your stuff and help alot.
