Please don't call it a grip setup. PLEASE! Sorry if I sound grumpy or something, but that really annoys me!

You can always ask for a setup on a server. I find the leaders setups are usually better than those in the links above. But if you're willing to put a bit of effort in, you can get a really good setup by downloading one and tweaking it to suit you.
