Hi all.
I'm new (that is, extremely new) to skinning, graphics editing and such...
I've just d'loaded The Gimp and the CMX Viewer (nice one!).
I've made a copy of a XFG jpg default skin and "worked" on it a bit, adding new layers.
When saving, I saved a copy of the layered xcf file for future memory, and saved the jpg too. A box warning me about transparencies popped up...I clicked on Export...
CMX Viewer now says it can't open the jpg file
What am I doing wrong ?
Thanks.
Edit: I opened a psd template (one of those from http://www.lfs-gear.com/kitz.html), added something and resized it to 1024x1024 jpg...quite embarassing with you skin-gurus, but I should say it works!
After some more work with The Gimp, I think it was a problem with the jpg file name: it was too long for the CMX Viewer.
