where does it save replays too

Then how can i send them people as ive seen peoples in WMV format etc

The replays saved from within LFS are mpr and spr. They are in wmv, if you made a video of them, but I cant help you with that; dont know anything about it.

You use fraps to record the replay, and then a movie-editor (perhaps Windows Movie Maker, or Vegas, or Adobe Premiere) to export a smaller movie with various effects and text etc.

But I wouldn't recommend trying to mess around with fraps. You will have a lot of questions when you open it.
