Yes, it's fairly normal.

Rumour has it that do0f's cloven hoofs dont use a keyboard too well, but he/she/it is a good clerk overseer who kicks goat backside when it needs to be kicked.

do0f has never been known to say anything, infact in one committee meeting of all the stewards I recall a direct question was posed to do0f, 8 second silence was all it took to understand exactly what do0f's answer was.

Additionally do0f's mouse makes no sound when it clicks, leading some of the stewards to question whether the click occurs with mind control.

However, whilst do0f says nothing, do0f does act.

It looks like you filed an appeal with do0f and that the appeal was actioned 2 days ago. I wouldn't expect to hear anything further from do0f on the matter.
