Photoshop CS4 Problem
Well no picture preview with photoshop.
System Specs:
Intel Core 2 Duo E7200
Nvidia Geforce 8600GT (Drivers updated)
2GB RAM
320GB HDD

Oh wow, you found a bug in Adobe's software. /facepalm

Register your license and contact Adobe for proper support.
It works fine here.
Try to turn off OpenGL rendering mode in Options>Performance.
Ahh I see, thought he was talking about the navigator in the top right. Well in that case god knows.

Just looking at the new features, very interested in getting CS4.

Does that mean basically you could get a LFS car skin and render it on a LFS car?

That stuff came in "CS3 Extended" and it's a bit pants to work with. Photoshop is not really a 3D working environment and IMO its attempts to get going in 2D-3D conversion fall short in an epicfail kinda way.

Have a look at http://www.strata.com/. To make 3D work in Photoshop in any useful way you really need to have something like that plugged in. It's never going to operate on the 3DSMax or Maya level though.
