I am not taking offence but, I wouldn't go for a chavvy stereo. My likely a headunit with specs like this: 7" touch screen motorised monitor, DVD, built in sat-nav and a few other features. But let's not get into this. Jakg if you want a cheap headunit head down to Maplins if you have one near by.

I can't wait for xmas so I can get my Ipod Touch, my Nano is annoying now. Also looking forward to getting a RS, I have said to the old man that he has to rap it lol.

My car has a dodgy looking wood-surround - I wish I could find an OEM stereo with aux in but alas I just can't find one I just don't want something with blue flashing LED lights.

I've bought all the tools to take out the stereo in one last hope that it has the connector in the back, but I doubt it will

I dont like stereo's what have loads of flashing lights/LED's. Makes them look stupid. Here, nothing special but would do, also supports Ipods http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=226355

Reasons: Christmas is too commercialised. The reason for it to exist is no longer seen by the vast majority of the country and since I don't believe said original reason I don't see why gifts should be given (or received). Also, it causes SO MANY rows when unequal amounts of effort are put in. Not worth it.

Considering I'm 17 two weeks before Christmas, I'd love nothing more than a Mark III Cooper S outside my window on Christmas day. Alas, that won't be happening...Maybe next year? :snowman:
