Your best creating the skin at 2048x2048 if you want it to look good rendered. Resizing from 512x512 to 1024x1024 will just make it look worse than a 1024x1024 skin resized from 2048x2048.

Coming up, no idea if the backgrounds is dark enough tho, tell me if you want other rims etc. if you don't like the color around the headlights, tell me aswell.
