Hey guys, sorry if i look like a noob here and I'll probably get flamied for this but, If I am with commonwealth bank and lfs tech is with westpac does anyone have any idea on how long the money would take to transfer to activate my s2 account?

Shouldn't it be sent straight away, did you get a confirmation message saying payment was successful?

if not just wait a few business days.

Don't know about those ones specifically, but here a transfer to an account with the same bank is instant. I think it's 72 hours from one bank to another.

LFS accept bank transfers? dont think they do.
Well mate if im correct international bank transfer cost additional ~$20, im with the commonwealth aswell .
your better off getting a $60 prepaid gift credit card from NAB
that way its instant.. transfer and you will receive S2 quicker

ps:im not sure if you have paid or not yet..

To be honest, just link your bank account to a paypal account, it's so much easier.

Maybe I should of asked this first. aleady sent money thru the internation moneybookers. It said its free bank transfer isnt it? if its additrional then uh-oh. Hopefully it will come thru soon

transfer via moneybookers will at least take some days (if you run into problems like me it can take up to a week or more), only credit card is instant as far as I know.

edit: I think you will have no transfer costs, moneybookers sends your cash to a localized bank.
(Not sure any more though, as you can see it's already some years ago since I bought lfs ^^)

To speak for germans it is within a couple of minutes free after telling them

buying a S2. I bought a couple of them for friends living in countries

where this is not as easy as here. @ Troy, one of them was for a swiss

guy. But best idea seems to be using paysafecards for most of people

as it works instant too afaik.
