Hey, I was wondering if a small patch could be brought in that will give us a rev limiter that makes the tachometer needle bounce when at the limit and also give the characteristic sound that accompanies it, not just the revs hitting the limit, and holding there?

Does anyone know what I am talking about, if not, go to your car switch it on and floor it and then you will understand

Meh - i know what u are thinking of...i don't know how it should be course i haven't drove any car into ¨TOP REV¨. But i think it should Jump and the sound ( And Needle ) should also ¨Jump¨

Heh, I wouldn't suggest that, many cars don't have any rev limiter.

There is many types of rev limiters IRL, not just the bouncing one.
Also this LFS style limiter is used on real cars, tho usually it makes a bigger sound when hitting it. Especially if you have a loud exhaust.

If you want a bouncing limiter in LFS use the outgauge on posted above.
