Hey,

Would anybody be interested in hosting a cruise server in return for admin rights on the server.

Some of you may remember me for [CC]Chronic-Cruise, basically i completly scrapped that idea, and decided to go for something new so i have come up with Cruise-Nation. I am currently writing a new insim and am currently 75% complete with it. We also have a website being designed at coded.

Server Required would have to be 24/7 with at least a 10mb connection.


Please let me know if anyone is interested.

Only one question ... what the h*ll for ? (No, it's not flaming, it's curiosity) Why the hell everyone want's his own "cruise server" even now there is ****load of them...

That's a bit harsh.

Everyone is free to do what server/team/site they are making/hosting.

For those with stupid opinios please shut up and keep it for yourself

Its always good to share news etc, but please bare in mind that you are posting in the LFS Hosts Forum, of which the forum description states "A section for discussing LFS-host related topics, such as administration tips and tricks / administration tools / techincal problems. This section is not meant to spam about your newly created host!"

Now Im not saying your post is "spamming", but it doesnt offer anything other than news of your project, which isnt yet finished, and it is asking if there is interest in someone supplying you with a server, I would imagine for free..

Best of luck with that proposal, but why not try something different, be the first to offer more than "admin control" over anything running on the server (because lets face it, whoever owns the server will have admin access regardless of it you want them to or not). Why not do something different, offer payment to the server owner, or better still, rent a server from a provider and then you have no ownership issues whatsoever

Then I suggest you reword your post, because it comes across as nothing but trolling.

Granted there are a lot of cruise servers and a lot of them are pointless, but it is the right of the person setting it up to do as they see fit. They are not inconveniencing you in any way, shape, or form, as far as I can see.

If you don't like it, keep away.
