!password in one of the CTRA Servers''.Can some one tell me where can i find a password to go to the CTRA Servers please

Which server ?

If you are new to the CTRA system then only Race 1, Single Seater 1, and possibly the UFBR servers are available to you until you improve your license level.

When you are on a CTRA server, you do the !password and create the pass for your CTRA account. This pass (along with yuor LFS name) is used to access the MyCTRA part of the CTRA site...you do not need a pass to join the servers.

Or you could be banned/suspended.
