Hello Hosters.

Here is a fix for a bug that caused an OOS kick if a host had loaded a layout with an autocross start position. After joining the host while the host was in the game setup screen, the new guest would be kicked immediately on entering the game.

This is for the dedicated host (LFS servers) only, not for normal LFS clients.
